Product quality and safety are the most important things our team pays attention to. Therefore, we are very careful about standardization at all stages of production. This allows us not only to maintain the declared quality indicators, but also to exceed the expectations of our customers.

Each glass bottle and can undergoes a number of inspections for compliance with high KZS standards. Several high-resolution cameras inside the machines scan hundreds of glass bottles every minute. The cameras are located at different angles and can detect even minor defects. Another part of the inspection processes includes machines, exerting pressure on the glass containers to check the wall thickness, strength and accuracy of the sealing.

Also, KZS experts manually and visually inspect random samples to ensure quality. If the glass bottles or cans do not pass the inspection, they are returned to the glass manufacturing process as a return cullet.
